CNA Class Booking Policy

Registration & Admission Requirements

 

To enroll in a CNA class, students must:

  1. Register Online – All students must complete registration through our official website.

  2. Admission Link – Students must visit the Admission section on our website and ensure they meet all program requirements before booking.

 

Program Requirements

 

To be eligible for enrollment, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Prerequisites: High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Age Requirement: Must be 16 years of age or older.

  • Valid Identification: A state-issued Driver’s License, ID card, or Passport.

  • Social Security Verification: A photocopy of the Social Security Card or ITIN.

  • Background Check & Immunizations: A criminal background check and proof of required immunizations may be required before beginning clinical training.

Failure to provide the required documentation may result in denial of admission without a refund.

 

Class Booking & Payment Policy

  • To reserve a seat in a CNA class, students must pay a mandatory $100.00 deposit online at the time of booking.

  • The remaining $1,900.00 balance must be paid in full at least 5 business days before the class start date.

  • Students who fail to pay the full balance by the deadline will be dropped from the course, and the deposit will be forfeited.

  • Payment Methods Accepted:

    • Credit Card

    • Debit Card

    • Check (must clear before the payment deadline)

    • Money Order

    • Cash (in-person only)

 

Refund Policy – Strictly Enforced

 

All payments are final. Refunds are extremely limited and will only be granted under the following conditions:

  • Before Class Starts:

    • The $100.00 deposit is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

    • Any additional payments beyond the deposit will only be refunded if the student cancels in writing at least 10 business days before the class start date.

    • Cancellations made within 10 business days of the class start date will not receive a refund.

  • After Class Begins:

    • No refunds will be issued for any reason once the class has started. This includes but is not limited to:

      • Failure to attend

      • Withdrawal for personal reasons

      • Dismissal due to misconduct

      • Inability to complete coursework

    • In documented medical emergencies, a prorated credit may be issued toward a future class at the administration’s sole discretion.

By enrolling in a CNA class, students acknowledge and accept this policy in full. No exceptions will be made.
